1. Preparing for your photo day

Our School Care team will work with you to prepare for photo day.
They will make sure that all information is sent to you in due course and guide you through the process to make the day run as smoothly as possible.

6 weeks prior to the date(s)

2. It’s photo day!

Our rock star Photographers will arrive early to prepare their photo stations and set up for the day.

On the day

3. Proofing your photos

This is the first step of our post-production process.
Our Print Care team will work with you to proof the photos and ensure all names and images are correct for your database and school community.

5 days after photo day

4. Turning photos into prints

Once your photos have been approved, they will be sent to print with our Lab Care team.
Here, our team will make sure that quality standards are continued throughout the printing process to deliver your school community beautiful printed products.

15 days after photo day

5. Packing and delivery

Our Pack Care team works hard to present your school community photos ready for easy distribution.
Where possible, we will personally handle your photo delivery, alternatively, we will organise it for you with Australia Post.

20 days after photo day

6. Our dedicated customer service team

Our teams are here to assist your school as well as your school community with any queries.
Our We Care team is dedicated to helping your school community with any pre and post order queries and can help organise any studio sittings needed.

Professional Blue Backdrop

The blue backdrop offers a formal and professional appearance, and looks great with most school uniform colours. If you require an alternate backdrop, we have a range that can suit your schools needs.

Outdoor-Look Backdrop

The outdoor-look backdrop offers a beautiful, natural background without the hassle and risk of setting up outdoors.

Group Photography Template Background Options

The template background colour is applied to your composite and group images. Select the colour that best suits your school’s colours, logo and uniform.

These colours show up differently depending on your printer and/or computer screen. This is simply a guide. Other colour options are available upon request.
